Raspberry Rose Brandy Coupe

An adult brandy cocktail with raspberries and a floral accent.

Ingredients

• 45 ml brandy
• 40 g raspberries
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml sugar syrup
• 0.125 tsp rose water
• 150 g ice cubes

Method

1. Crush the raspberries with the lemon juice and syrup in a shaker.
2. Add the brandy, rose water and ice. Shake well.
3. Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe.

Keep the rose water restrained so the raspberries remain prominent.
