Ingredients: 45 ml white rum; 60 ml pomegranate juice; 20 ml lime juice; 10 ml sugar syrup; 6 mint leaves; 60 ml sparkling water; 150 g ice cubes

An adult white rum drink with tart pomegranate and mint.

Ingredients

45 ml white rum
60 ml pomegranate juice
20 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup
6 mint leaves
60 ml sparkling water
150 g ice cubes

Method

Gently press the mint with the lime juice and syrup in a tall glass.
Add the rum, pomegranate juice and ice. Stir.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Press the mint lightly rather than shredding it.
