Ingredients: 50 ml vodka; 80 ml pear juice; 15 ml lime juice; 15 ml ginger syrup; 60 ml soda water; 150 g ice; 1 thin pear slice

An adult vodka highball combining pear juice, fresh lime and ginger syrup.

Ingredients

50 ml vodka
80 ml pear juice
15 ml lime juice
15 ml ginger syrup
60 ml soda water
150 g ice
1 thin pear slice

Method

Stir the vodka, pear juice, lime juice and ginger syrup together in a tall glass.
Add the ice and pour in the soda water.
Stir gently and finish with the pear slice.

Cloudy pear juice gives this drink a fuller fruit flavour.
