Ingredients: 40 ml brandy; 70 ml pear juice; 70 ml brewed Earl Grey tea, chilled; 15 ml lemon juice; 10 ml sugar syrup; 150 g ice cubes

An adult brandy cooler with pear and fragrant black tea.

Ingredients

40 ml brandy
70 ml pear juice
70 ml brewed Earl Grey tea, chilled
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
150 g ice cubes

Method

Fill a tall glass with the ice.
Pour in the brandy, pear juice, chilled tea, lemon juice and syrup.
Stir thoroughly and serve.

Let the tea cool completely before mixing.
