Passion Fruit Peach Sparkler

An alcohol-free peach drink with tangy passion fruit.

Ingredients

• 2 passion fruit
• 80 ml peach nectar
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 80 ml sparkling water
• 150 g ice cubes

Method

1. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp and press through a sieve.
2. Mix the juice with the peach nectar, lime juice and syrup.
3. Pour over ice in a tall glass, add sparkling water and stir gently.

Reserve a little unstrained pulp if you enjoy the seeds.
