Ingredients: 70 g tinned lychees, drained; 20 ml syrup from the lychee tin; 20 ml lime juice; 4 mint leaves; 100 ml sparkling water; 150 g ice cubes

An alcohol-free lychee drink with lime and fresh mint.

Ingredients

70 g tinned lychees, drained
20 ml syrup from the lychee tin
20 ml lime juice
4 mint leaves
100 ml sparkling water
150 g ice cubes

Method

Mash the lychees with the tin syrup, lime juice and mint.
Strain through a fine sieve into a tall glass filled with ice.
Add the sparkling water and stir gently.

Press the fruit firmly in the sieve to extract its juice.
