Grapefruit Basil Honey Sparkler

An alcohol-free grapefruit sparkler with basil and honey.

Ingredients

• 90 ml pink grapefruit juice
• 2 tsp honey
• 4 basil leaves
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 100 ml sparkling water
• 150 g ice cubes

Method

1. Dissolve the honey in 10 ml warm water. Gently press the basil into the honey mixture.
2. Stir in the grapefruit and lemon juices, then strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Tear large basil leaves before pressing them.
