Ingredients: 45 ml gin; 20 ml blackcurrant cordial; 25 ml lemon juice; 20 ml still water; 150 g ice cubes

An adult gin drink with a sharp blackcurrant finish.

Ingredients

45 ml gin
20 ml blackcurrant cordial
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml still water
150 g ice cubes

Method

Pour the gin, cordial, lemon juice and water into a shaker.
Add half the ice and shake well.
Strain into a short glass over the remaining ice.

Use undiluted cordial and adjust the lemon to suit its sweetness.
